Like our Online Workouts, a Certified Facility or Gym will have the coaching staff that pushes you to become the best version of you possible. Many of the workout programs today simply present you with a typical muscle bound way of weight training, while offering somewhat of a complicated eating plan.

That's not a popular Canned Performance strategy to buy into- such trends and fads will certainly not get you into OPTIMAL Shape… and will more than likely, at some point, be sending you to the chiropractor or other medical specialist. So we train from a proven Team Lifestyle, one that operates from the SEA, the AIR and the LAND (SEAL Team) and all with a fantastic purpose in mind, one you’ll soon discover!

Navy SEAL based conditioning program

Our Navy SEAL based conditioning program is specifically designed to challenge you to be your best and it will condition you to consistently strive for self-motivation while pushing further and further across previous mental and physical barrier lines. Even though this system of fitness was originally designed to harden a few special people interested in pursuing a career within an Elite Special Operations community- where harsh environments and terrain are a constant companion; the evolution of Adventure and Combat sport athletics like MMA, Jiu-Jitsu, grappling, boxing and many other lifestyles- now suddenly fit very well with the personal disciple, drive, and mindset required to endure our programs.

However, because of the methodical way our fitness system rolls out, we can be ideal for the average person who really wants to get into a new set of clothes or go the distance for some extra-ordinary shape; like anything worth doing in life it all comes down to what you put into it.

About Us

SEAL Training Academy was developed by Navy SEAL Brett Hess and University of Florida Athlete Doug Nelson to meet and exceed the needs of individuals wanting to reach new personal bests, live a healthy lifestyle and to develop leaders both on the field and in the office.

Our events and online workouts are specifically designed to blend an extreme SEAL experience with collegiate athletics.
